You’ll see a lot of purple in worship as we move through the season of Lent – the forty days (excluding Sundays) between Ash Wednesday and Holy Week. Long associated with royalty, the color purple is symbolic of Christ’s reign from the cross. This Lenten season we will experience the ways Christ’s embodied life demonstrates God’s love for all.
