Shepherd of the Valley partners with Every Meal and Falcon Ridge Middle School for the school year. The purpose of this program is to respond to children’s food needs by closing the weekend food gap between Friday and Monday, when children are not able to participate in the free or reduced meal programs at school. Two volunteers are needed at the end of each school week, typically on Fridays, to put bags of food in lockers.
