Read: Isaiah 30:15: “For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel: In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.”
Reflect: Describe a place where you find quietness and rest. How do you know God is there with you?
Pray: “Dear God, help us to seek times of quiet, to return to you for rest, rejuvenation, and strength. Amen.”
Bless: Trace a cross on each other’s shoulder, hand, or head and say “[Name], you are a beloved child of God.”
