Psalms is the book of the Bible that’s right in the middle! It is filled with lovely poems and songs about all kinds of things, like forgiveness. Forgiving yourself, and others, is no easy task. When we practice forgiveness we take part in the everlasting love of God.

Read: John 20:23: “If you forgive someone’s sins, they’re gone for good. If you don’t forgive sins, what are you going to do with them?” [MSG]
Reflect: Can you think of a time you forgave someone when they did something hurtful? How did it feel?
Pray: “Dear God, help us to forgive others, just as you forgive us. Amen.”
Bless: Trace a cross on each other’s shoulder, hand, or head and say “[Name], you are a beloved child of God.”
