(2019) We have started reaching out to people to connect based on the skills and interests shared in the survey, and I’m so excited to see the responses! We had people sign up for Serve Together who were interested in one-time events. We found a great candidate with the perfect set of skills for one of our leadership teams who has not used those skills at church before. We had someone who has been active here for years try something new. This is exactly why we asked! Not only does the church and community benefit, but each individual is able to nurture their faith by connecting in Christian community in a way that matches their passions and talents.
