Andrew Morrisette had a wonderful idea that helped many people in our community!
94 vehicles came to our first collection where items were donated to Minneapolis. 92 vehicles came to our second collection where items were donated to St. Paul.
We’re currently scheduling baptisms, funerals, and weddings for groups under 25.
Throughout July, we’ll be talking with group leaders to see if they’re interested in meeting in the parking lot or inside the building, adhering to current safety criteria. We’re also discussing larger in-person gatherings, considering safety and the quality of the experience.
You have probably heard it more times than you can count since the pandemic hit the US: “The building may be closed but the church is alive and well!”
Indeed, our building on Johnny Cake Ridge Road may be closed, but the people of SOTV who are a part of the church of Christ continue to live out our call to worship, learn, connect, and care. We have been doing so in many ways…
