You are invited into a radically different Lent and life: to be authentically who you are, to counter scarcity and injustice at every turn, to pour out even more grace wherever it is needed. When we are filled to the brim with God’s love, that love spills over. It reaches beyond ourselves. This Lent, let us trust – fully – that we belong to God. Let us increase our capacity to receive and give grace. Let us discover the expansive life God dreams for us.

Share: What were your high and low points today?
Read: Psalm 23:5; “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.”
Reflect: Can you think of a time when God gave you even more than what you needed—a situation when your cup overflowed with God’s abundant goodness and mercy? Explain.
Pray: Dear God, you fill us to overflowing with your grace and love. Help us to trust you to provide all that we need—and more—and to be generous in sharing your grace and love with others. Amen.
Bless: Trace a cross on each other’s shoulder, hand, or head and say “[Name], you are a beloved child of God.”
