Realm is our web-based database and ministry tool from ACS Technologies that informs our staff and connects our congregation. All of our data is safely stored and backed up in the cloud, making it available 24/7 from anywhere using a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone. This is a great tool to keep us connected wherever we are!
Here’s how to upload your picture:
- Take a selfie, or find an existing photo on the device you’re using to log into Realm
- Log into Realm (if you haven’t logged in before, get an invitation at www.sotv.org/realm)
- Click your name, and select “My Profile”
- Click the image to the left of your name
- Browse and select the image you want to use
- Adjust the image size using the slider
- “Save”
- You might need to refresh the page to see your changes
Besides adding your picture to your profile, Realm lets you:
- View the church directory
- Give online and see your giving history
- Update your contact information and set privacy settings to determine who can see that information
- Find a new group, or share posts and pictures with groups you are in
- Register easily for church events

Receiving emails that you do not want to get from Realm? Turn them off through Realm settings. Please do not click on the Unsubscribe link in the emails, which will unsubscribe you from all SOTV emails through Realm.
