It all started when Pastor Paul Harrington was called by the American Lutheran Church to start a mission church in Apple Valley. In 1981, the first worship service was held at Rosemount Elementary School with 53 in attendance. As we lead up to a 40th anniversary celebration next year, we’ll feature highlights from different years. This month, enjoy memories from 1987.
