Faith Community Nurses (FCNs) and other volunteers will be available in the Narthex. Please stop by and:

• Introduce yourself 
• Get your blood pressure checked
• Pick up information about hypertension
• Enjoy some dark chocolates

• Lead a class
• Help with blood pressure checks
• Take members to appointments
• Be a friendly visitor
