Baptism Class for Older Kids/Youth and their Parents

When & Where

Wednesday, January 29
5:45 – 7:00 pm
Rooms 16 – 17

What to Expect

Many people at SOTV are baptized as infants or toddlers, but certainly not all of them! These baptism preparation classes are particularly geared towards older children/youth and their parents who are interested in baptism; attendance at one is required for anyone who would like to be baptized at SOTV. It is interactive and includes time for Q & A, as well as a walk-through of the baptism itself.

Baptism class for parents of infants and toddlers is held monthly throughout the year. Baptism classes for older children/youth and their parents are held annually. For adults or older teens interested in baptism, please email Pastor Peter Harrits

Shepherd of the Valley is committed to welcoming people of all abilities and working to understand and meet the needs of our congregation. If your child needs an accommodation, modification, or assistance to fully participate in this event, please indicate this in the “Health Concern Explanation” field of your registration, and your program leader will follow up if there are questions. We may not be able to meet all requests at this time.

We take videos and photos during SOTV programs that appear in print, on our website, social media, weekly emails, and newsletters. Please contact Kelsey Young with questions.
